Free trial and returns

We'll deliver your saddle seat free of charge, anywhere within mainland UK. If within 30 days from receipt, you decide you don't want your seat, simply put it back in the box it came in and call us on freephone 0800 581108 to arrange a convenient time for us to have it collected from you.

When you order your seat, we will charge a deposit of the full sale price including VAT. This deposit must be paid in full before dispatch, but will be paid back to you, promptly and in full, if you decide you don't want your seat, and we receive it back in the condition in which you received it.

If you do not return the product to us by the end of the free trial period the product will be deemed to have been sold to you under the standard terms of this website and as advertised.

A free trial seat you receive and decide to return must be received by us in its original packaging and in the condition it was sent. If there is any imperfection or fault with the free trial seat, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise it will be deemed to have arrived with you in perfect condition.
